Snapped tab, stripped hinge, cracked bracket — send a photo with a quarter next to it and we'll model and print a replacement, usually stronger than the original. Most parts $40–$120.
Send a photo — free quoteBring a sketch, a sample, or a part to scan. We CAD it, print it, and iterate until it's right — then short runs when it is. Want it out in the world? We can license it and sell it for you.

If a plastic part failed and the manufacturer won't sell it separately, that's the job we do most.
Appliance handles and knobs, bracket and clip failures, obsolete parts nobody stocks anymore, custom mounts, and hard-to-find hardware. We model a replacement from scratch in CAD and print it in durable plastic — usually with more material wherever it failed the first time.
Local to Bakersfield? Drop the original off or we'll arrange pickup. Anywhere else in the country, mail the part in and we'll ship the replacement back.
Most people don't know this is an option instead of replacing the whole appliance. Usually it is.
You have the model. What you don't have is the drawing — the sheet with every hole called out, the overall dimensions, the scale, the material and mass, the spec table a shop quotes from. That takes a CAD seat and an afternoon. We turn it around for $49 a part.
Works with anything that exports STEP: SolidWorks, Fusion 360, Onshape, Inventor, FreeCAD, Rhino. STL, OBJ and 3MF files draw too.
| Item | What | Price |
|---|---|---|
| 01 | Drawing + spec sheet, per part | $49 |
| 02 | Five or more parts in one order | 20% off |
| 03 | 24-hour rush | +$25 |
| 04 | One round of revisions | Included |
| 05 | Print-ready file check (STL / 3MF, watertight, overhangs) | +$20 |
You pay after you see the proof. Send the file, get a proof within two business days, approve it, then pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Nothing up front.

Real output, not a mock-up: the bracket above is a demo part drawn by our own AeroCAD, straight from its geometry.
Use the quote form below. A photo of the part with a quarter next to it for scale is ideal — a sketch or a full spec works too. The quote is free, with no obligation.
You get a 3D model and drawing to review before anything prints. Revisions happen here, where they're cheap.
Printed in the right material for the job, checked for fit and finish, and delivered. Most single parts are 3–5 days from an approved quote.

Aerojays Design started the way a lot of good things do — as a hobby that got out of hand.
What began as tinkering with a 3D printer turned into something bigger: fixing the part nobody sells, customizing the thing that's almost-but-not-quite right, and turning rough ideas into something you can actually hold.
Somewhere along the way, the hobby became the whole point. Every model is drawn and every part is printed by me, one at a time, right here in Bakersfield — no warehouse, no overseas factory. Just someone who'd rather solve the problem than tell you it can't be done.
If you've got something broken, something missing, or something that only exists in your head — that's exactly the kind of thing I like to make.
And if you just want something silly — a goofy gadget, a weird little gift, a random odd-and-end that made you laugh — I'll happily print that too.
AeroCleat is a French-cleat wall system printed in PETG: mount a rail once, then hang hooks, bins and holders on it — no new holes, ever. Every module shares the same bevel, so anything you add later fits anything you already have. Designed and printed here in Bakersfield, shipped anywhere in the US.

Pick the rail length and the modules you want and ask for a quote — you'll have a number the same day. Every part ships with its own drawing sheet, so you know exactly what you're mounting. Etsy listings are on the way; ordering direct is open now.
Tell us what you're trying to make or fix. A photo helps a lot — the broken part, a sketch, anything. Put a quarter next to it for scale and we can price it much faster.
Your message lands straight in our inbox. Most quotes go out within a day, and there's no charge for the quote. Most parts land in the $40–$120 range — you'll know your exact number before anything prints.
